Antonina Bezsmertna

R.Ac | Doctor of Acupuncture

My mission as an Acupuncturist is to bring my patients back to balance by providing holistic, safe, traditional, and effective treatments and wellness advice. I truly believe our bodies have the power to prevent disease and heal themselves.

I strive to help with various symptoms and conditions through treatments and education, and have a particular interest in mental health, sleep disorders, digestive issues and cosmetic facial rejuvenation acupuncture.

My interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) arose when I moved from my home country of Ukraine to China and observed different approaches to a healthy lifestyle. While studying at the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, I also dove into Chinese culture and philosophy, volunteered in various Beijing hospitals, and practiced Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Later, I came to Canada and completed an Advanced Diploma in Acupuncture at Georgian College, Ontario. Studying both in China and Canada gave me an opportunity to combine Eastern and Western views on well-being.

Acupuncture and TCM have helped me learn to hear the needs of my body and live according to nature. Because I’ve experienced so many benefits of this lifestyle myself, I want to share my knowledge and personal experience through coaching & treatments to make my patients more aware of their inner powers and potential.

Antonina has received additional training in aesthetics with a diploma in cosmetology (obtained in 2016, Ukraine) and multiple certifications in Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture with Michelle Gellis.
