what to expect with your treatments
You’re welcomed into our relaxing clinic located on Calgary’s vibrant 17th avenue SW. You may be surprised at the depth we go into to learn about your health. As Acupuncturists, we believe that each individual is unique and place great importance on making personalized diagnoses and treatment plans.
Each detail of your visit has been designed with a comfortable Acupuncture experience in mind. Our rooms are equipped with heat lamps, paging systems, tailored playlists, dim lighting, blankets, bolsters... everything to help you feel relaxed and comfortable.

1. Enter through glass doors
2. Use direct entry door code emailed to you
3. Go to the 8th floor, turn right out of the elevator. We are the last door on the left.
building access
Your welcome email and all visit reminders include our direct entry door code. Enter the four digits and the door will automatically unlock. (Do not press # or wait to be ‘buzzed in’).
where to park
We have designated parking stalls behind our building, on the south side of 17th Ave. Access via 10st SW.
There is plenty of free street 2-hour parking along 9 st, 9a st, 10 st, 10a st and Cameron Avenue. All street parking along 17th Ave SW is free after 6pm and all day on Sundays.
how to prepare
Please bring shorts to your session, or wear loose fitting clothing that can be rolled up to elbows and knees. It is recommended you eat 1-2 hours before your session. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated before and after your session. And lastly, bring a positive mindset - this is an exciting step in your healing journey!
cancellation policy
We request 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of their appointment.
