A: Any time. Fertility acupuncture is designed to support all phases of your cycle, so you don’t need to wait for the “perfect” time.
Q: How often should I come for fertility acupuncture?
A: Treatment frequency depends on your goals and timeline. Typically weekly or biweekly sessions are recommended initially and frequency may adjust over time based on your response and plan.
Q: Does acupuncture hurt?
A: Most people feel very little discomfort. You may notice a dull ache, a warm tingling sensation, or no sensation at all. Many patients feel deeply relaxed during treatment and even fall asleep.
