Complete your intake form using the link in your booking confirmation email.
Bring shorts (or wear loose fitting clothing that can roll up to knees + elbows) if you’re booked for acupuncture or osteopathy.
Understand our location and building access outlined below. We are a reception-free clinic and may be unable to answer phone calls at the time of your arrival.
Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of their appointment.

We are located on the 8th floor, unit 801
BUILDING ACCESS & DOOR CODE
1. Enter through first set of glass doors on 17th avenue.
2. Enter code 1537 on the main floor entrance keypad, and the 2nd set of glass doors will automatically unlock. (Do not press # or wait for us to buzz you in).
3. Take the elevator up to the 8th floor. We are the first door to the right as you exit the elevator. Come on in, the door code is not required here.
4. Remove footwear, help yourself to filtered water and have a seat in reception. Your practitioner will be out to greet you.
Parking
Patient parking is available behind the building. Enter the surface lot via 10 St SW and look for stalls #14–#17 labeled Acupuncture Collective (immediately to the right).
If those stalls are full, free street parking is available along 9A St, 10 St, 10A St, and Cameron Ave.

FINDING THE CORRECT ENTRANCE
We are located in the Hudson condo building but our entrance is directly on 33 ave at street level. You cannot access us via the 16 street main condo entrance (that entrance is for residents only).
BUILDING ACCESS & DOOR CODE
1. Arrive at our street-level entrance on 33ave as shown in above photos.
2. Enter code 1537 on the bottom keypad of the main clinic door, turn the handle, and come on in.
3. Remove footwear, help yourself to filtered water and have a seat in reception. Your practitioner will be out to greet you.
Parking
Free street parking is available right in front of our clinic entrance on 33rd ave. There is also plenty of free street parking on all neighbouring streets and avenues.
